Beef Tenderloin Wagyu MB 4-5 Australia Whole
AUSTRALIAN WAGYU TENDERLOIN
MB 4–5 · The Art of Refined Beef
Exceptional tenderness. Elegant marbling. Australian provenance.
Discover Australian Wagyu Tenderloin, carefully selected for its MB 4–5 marbling, exceptional tenderness, and beautifully balanced richness.
Raised in Australia and thoughtfully grain-finished, this distinguished cut represents a refined interpretation of Wagyu beef—luxuriously tender and deeply satisfying, yet remarkably composed on the palate.
A CUT OF RARE DISTINCTION
The tenderloin is regarded as one of the most prized cuts of beef, celebrated for its exceptionally fine texture and natural tenderness.
Our Australian Wagyu Tenderloin combines this coveted cut with the distinctive marbling of Wagyu genetics. The result is a steak with a delicate buttery texture, subtle sweetness, and a lingering finish.
Its MB 4–5 marbling provides an elegant balance: enough intramuscular fat to create remarkable succulence and depth of flavour, while remaining lighter and more restrained than the intense richness of Japanese A5 Wagyu.
This is Wagyu with refinement.
THE AUSTRALIAN WAGYU DIFFERENCE
Australian Origin
Raised in Australia under carefully managed conditions, our Wagyu is selected for consistency, tenderness and eating quality.
Grain-Finished
Extended grain finishing—often 300–400 days—allows the beef to develop its characteristic marbling, tenderness and rounded flavour profile.
MB 4–5 Marbling
The Meat Standards Australia marbling scale provides an indication of intramuscular fat distribution. MB 4–5 represents a beautifully balanced level of marbling, delivering richness without overwhelming the natural character of the tenderloin.
Exceptional Tenderness
The tenderloin is one of the least-used muscles of the animal, giving it its renowned softness and delicate texture.
100% Halal
Selected Australian Wagyu products are available with Halal certification, making this premium experience suitable for discerning UAE customers.
THE TENDERLOIN
Silken. Succulent. Exceptionally refined.
Every detail of the tenderloin is about texture.
The meat is naturally lean in structure, yet the fine Wagyu marbling introduces subtle layers of richness throughout. When prepared correctly, the exterior develops a beautifully caramelised crust while the centre remains tender enough to cut effortlessly.
The flavour is elegant rather than aggressive—making tenderloin particularly suited to minimalist preparation and fine dining.

THE PERFECT STEAK
A SIMPLE APPROACH TO EXCEPTIONAL BEEF
Premium beef requires very little intervention.
01 · TEMPER
Remove the steak from refrigeration and allow it to approach room temperature before cooking.
02 · SEASON
Season generously but simply with fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
03 · SEAR
Place on a thoroughly heated pan, grill or cast-iron surface. Create a deep, golden-brown crust without repeatedly moving the steak.
04 · REST
Allow the meat to rest for approximately 5–8 minutes, allowing the natural juices to redistribute.
05 · SERVE
Slice cleanly across the grain and serve immediately.
OUR RECOMMENDED DONENESS
RARE
50–52°C
Deeply tender with a warm, red centre.
MEDIUM-RARE
54–57°C
Our preferred preparation—warm, exceptionally tender and beautifully succulent.
MEDIUM
58–62°C
A firmer texture with a still-juicy centre.
For MB 4–5 tenderloin, medium-rare allows the marbling and delicate texture to shine without excessive loss of moisture.
